THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
When you believe current products are not up to the job or they do not exist, what do you do? One answer is to create your own! Tyger Products contacted 3di to do just that, to design a totally new innovative and effective sports boot cleaning brush.
THE DESIGN SOLUTION
Following the initial design brief, we discussed the issues raised with the current methods of cleaning sports footwear. It soon became apparent that there were no products on the market available. The challenge was set to create such a product!
From conceptual drawings to fully drafted twin shot CAD for manufacture. We worked in collaboration, to develop the Tyger Paw technology. Our solution removed the dirt from boots gently and effectively and didn’t damage the delicate material of the shoe. Following the selected design, we were instructed to source injection moulders in China and project manage the process.
