3D ENGINEERING

Following on from the concept design approval; 3D engineering CAD drawings are produced.

After reviewing the range of manufacturing processes that could be applied to a project; raw materials selected, this stage then develops into the product transformation phase. 

The range of manufacturing processes that could be explored are; injection moulding, vacuum/thermo forming, blow moulding, rotation moulding, plastic/metal extrusion, CNC machining or metal die-casting.

Performance of materials are tested using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Mouldflow Analysis software.
