We offer a range of tooling options depending on budget and your project requirements. One is a modular bolster system where aluminium insert pads are created which fit into the bolster. This offers a lower cost as you only pay for the pads and ejection but not a whole tool. It is typically used to trial parts in the actual injection moulded materials before multi-cavity tooling is commissioned.
Aluminium tooling – This is not a low spec option as these tools can produce many tens of thousands of parts. This offers lower costs as the tools are easier to cut but more importantly, faster to polish.
P20 Steel tooling – For parts with side actions and a higher volumes, this is the way to go.
